CHIH-HANG Car Rental - Chiayi Railway Station

The services was very good but I also have one thing to comment about the fuels policy. When I pick up the car , the fuel scale was last one out of 10. So I have to fill first. Then, when I return, it remains more than half of the tank. But I didn’t get any refunds for the unused fuel. So I think it was a little bit uncomfortable for me for this or else the gas should be full when I pick up the car

取車時，之前曾經聯絡會晚一個小時....最終還是2點延至3點....還好嘉義租車人員對應良好，而且態度佳，才能避免發脾氣。就給嘉義人員給個讚吧！

離車站近很方便，價格便宜，但車子有些微煙味，車子有 car play功能但偏舊 (有可能是車型偏舊的關係) 。

店家非常親切和熱心，車子很新很好開。還車後還讓我們借放行李並且幫我們查詢我們要去景點的公車路線，非常熱心，比較美中不足的是車上似乎有上一個租客留下的怪味道，我們租了三天都散不去，建議店家當車子停在騎樓下時可以把窗戶打開一點點。但整體來說非常滿意。
