車輛車燈照度嚴重不足 試用期間剛好臺北下雨，一到晚上大燈基本上起不了作用，亦因為照到不足，最後導致車輛發生小意外 使用感受十分之差

租了兩台九人座，一台車況還不錯，另一台就蠻耗油，兩台車交車時，外觀都已有不少嗑碰痕跡，內裝似乎還來不及清理，灰塵蠻多，不過這些都還是小事，最在意的是兩台車都沒有附上行車紀錄器，這可是除了保險之外第二重要的行車裝備，如果真有個萬一，沒有記錄器作為憑證，很難判決或理賠吧？

車子狀況良好、整潔，到店後租車手續店員解説清晰（特別是保險和遇事處理部分），流程順暢快捷；還車同樣簡單順利。店家附近有至少兩家油站，滿油還車極方便。 唯一美中不足，就是店家位置需要從機場航廈乘車接駁，聯絡店家後對方建議我們自己找計程車過去。還車時，店家職員主動提出接載我到就近捷運站（大園站），貼心！

一次極度失望的租車體驗——承諾跳票、制度僵化與服務失能** 本人於該公司租用車輛，卻經歷從未見過的混亂服務流程，具體問題如下： 1. **原始低效的租車流程** 簽約時被迫閱讀冗長紙本文件，現場承諾的「快速取車」完全未兌現，耗時超過[時間]才完成手續，顯見系統化管理嚴重不足。 2. **落後十年的導航設備** 車載GPS竟需接線連接手機才能使用，在2025年還要求客戶自備手機支架導航，與官網宣稱的「智慧出行體驗」形成強烈諷刺。 3. **荒謬的油量計算規則** 取車時油表僅三格（非滿油），卻要求自行計算「相同格數」歸還。經強烈抗議後，員工竟回覆「公司政策如此」。最終耗費額外時間與油站人員爭論如何換算格數油量，完全違背國際租車常規。 4. **員工訓練嚴重不足** 取車時承諾「還車免費送機」，實際歸還時卻推諉無此服務。更荒謬的是，三天兩小時的租期被強制購買四天保險（每日800元），現場主管堅持「系統無法拆分計費」，形同強制消費。

A very helpful company at its off airport site. I have requested pick up and set down. Arrival instruction was clear and pick up was quick. Paperwork at their office airport office was OK: some are mainly in Chinese with brief but adequate English translation. The two ladies, one of them a Ms Chen whose surname is the same as mine in Chinese, spoke good English for my British friends to understand as well. The vehicle was clean inside and out. I was shown the paperwork, the owner's manual, and given some demonstration of key features. It was very nice to drive and everything worked well. We returned early and had to wait a bit for them to open shop: apparently their main office is in central Taipei and the airport Branch is manned only on demand from the customer; but no problem as I have built in spare time. Overall very smooth operation and competitive price and I shall consider Chih Hang again.

The service provider cannot pick us up from the airport, so we have to find our own transportation, which is very inconvenient.
