離花蓮火車站還算近，走一小段路就能到達。 租車時會說明相關注意事項，也會帶著檢視車況（錄影加上拍照），並且會傳到LINE對話。租車後如果有問題也能透過LINE的方式進行詢問相當方便，對於問題處裡也快速到位；價格部分很實惠，車況也非常的棒。 另外值得一提的是店內超多隻親人的貓，下次到花蓮租車也一定會選擇這家！
