A little bit of a problem on how to call the shuttle for a pick up from the Fukuoka Int'l Airport as OKS does not have a counter. You will need to dial the number on the confirmation letter to arrange pick up. OKS is a small operation, however the staff was helpful. They speak English, Chinese and Japanese. In case of any questions, you can add them to Whatsapp. They sent me the google map for their location as well as the closest gas station before returning the car, which was helpful. The car itself was clean, however OKS does not provide an ETC card which is a bit inconvenient. All in all, the experience was fine. If you are looking for a no frills, affordable rental car, check out OKS.

這次福岡配合的租車公司經營人是大陸人，可中文溝通，會出發前請你加入他們公司的Line好方便聯絡，有機場接送至公司。租車過程中會詳細告知保險種類內容供其選擇，可惜不像沖繩有ETC吃到飽的選購方案，但體驗都是很好的，很推薦。
