第一次在沖繩租車，租車流程很順暢，車況也很良好，車子維持得不錯，闆娘是華人，溝通無礙，讓我們提早半小時取車，但還車時因為遇上大塞車晚了半小時當時才被告知要罰營業損失5000日圓，自知理虧也只能乖乖付錢，但我建議應該在租車取車時就要告知罰款的規定和金額，雙方才不會有爭議。
