這是我第一次遇到租車體驗最差的一次，我是搭郵輪到碼頭客服說有免費接駁車到店取車，一到碼頭他們已經把我租的車開來辦理手續，工作人員告知碼頭取車會酌收¥1000日幣，我先前以告知line的客服溝通不考慮碼頭取車，請他用接駁車載我到店取車，沒想到他還是把我們的車開來碼頭，租車人員告知要酌收1000日幣（我打開對話訊息給工作人員看）後來才沒有跟我收取1000日幣，工作人員會積極推銷我買全險，因我租車時間為一天（兩小時為額外加錢購買），當時在平台下單只購買第三責任險，租車公司工作人會用很多話術並說你買全險只能在下午四點會還車，另外兩小時您購買的不能包含在全險裡面，並告知您購買的額外兩小時不會退款，我覺得完全不合理，整個旅程因為與原先計劃的歸還時間有出入，我就提早還車，一到指定還車地點是一塊停車場空地，完全沒有租車公司人員，馬上打給客服，客服反饋工作人員因下午兩點多出外用餐，整個換車體驗非常差，在原空地等了15-20分鐘，整個公司沒有SOP，也不會告知還車地點只是停車場並沒有工作人員，若要提早還車要事先告知流程，建議要租車的還是去找當地大公司或台灣人開的，老實很多，請大家要在這租車的請三思

車體本身的就一堆刮痕，剛開始交車就反應，還說我們自己要看好啊，沒看到刮痕就是我們的問題。還車時一個小刮痕要求我們賠償，根本敲詐商家，應該有不少為了趕飛機和搭船的人和我們一的遭遇。車輛一堆刮痕也都不維修要租車的人要三思啊！！
