車子很新，工作人員服務好

I booked Toyota Altos but they were going to give me Nissan Tidal which is smaller car. They said sometime you get what the store have, not always get the exact same car you booked. I refused and after fight for my right, they replaced with the Altos hybrid instead. I appreciated they tried. However, it was not a pleasant experience.

Delay in taking procession by about 40 minutes even though I arrived 20 minutes earlier. Selected items when placing order were not provided or changed, the shop staff mentioned that selected items subject to selected car model but it was not mention in the order form. 車輛配備： 觸控螢幕影音｜USB接孔｜藍芽｜倒車顯影｜Car Play 1. 觸控螢幕影音｜USB接孔｜藍芽 not working cited non competitive android system but my Poco phone is a sub brand of Xiaomi 2. No 倒車顯影 3. Asked to use my phone for navigation and given a phone holder which is unstable and dropped just a few meters of travelling

服務人員服務態度很好，非常專業，各方面都解釋的非常清楚，非常好的體驗。車子很新，車況良好，可惜只有定速，未配備現在已經非常普遍的駕駛輔助系統（盲點，跟車，車道置中，環景等等全都沒有）。以承租價格來說，這部分感覺不足。

乾淨、舒適、車很新

週六租車租一整天的方案，gogoout網站上寫9:00可取車，不過打電話與店家確認時店家說約10:30以後再取車，說前面會先服務現場的客人，車子內乾淨沒，交車前會先帶你確認車子有哪邊有狀況即目前里程數及油量也，到晚上8:00前還車，整體租車體驗還不錯。
