網上租車時, 顯示是可在機場取車, 結果卻要自行乘的士前往取車點, 後來租車公司告知, 要租夠七天以上才有免費接送, 但是網上完全沒有資料顯示此情況, 以後都不會用此網站租車。

因為租車點在機場外圍，店家要客人自己打車來回，非常不便。通常在其他國家類似情況下，租車公司會安排接送服務，希望小馬可以考慮一下。還有就是機場外圍店可否早點開門，上午八點有點晚了。謝謝。

感謝您提供寶貴意見,因疫後整體缺工嚴重,所以無法提供機場接送,因疫前人力充足時我們是有提供的,我們營業時間為08:00-20:00已營業12小時,也應缺工下,較無法再延長營業時間或服務營業外的需求租車了,謝謝
